The official clearly underlines that the “invention of the bicycle” has limited potential. At the same time, the Ministry of Digital Development will not force other departments to join the public services portal. According to Oguryaev, time needs to be given to representatives of the various ministries to consider all the advantages of a centralized solution.
At the same time, the deputy head of the Ministry of Digital Development is confident that the transition will be “quick enough”. For this, a single digital platform “Gostech” was recommended.
