As part of a new study called Food of the Future: Meat and Dairy Alternatives, experts have found which type of yogurt is the healthiest. It turns out that this is not classic Greek, but yogurt with almond milk: it has more nutritional value than other yogurts.

In general, plant-based yogurts are lower in sugar, sodium, and higher in fiber than dairy options. At the same time, vegetable yogurts contain less calcium and potassium. But if you evaluate the overall nutrient density, it will be higher in almond milk yogurt than other plant-based yogurts. A team of scientists came to this conclusion by analyzing products released over five years and comparing 612 plant-based and dairy yogurts.
