After the presentation of WWDC 2023, Cupertians updated their website and removed all statements regarding computers based on Intel processors from the site. This means that the transition to Apple Silicon processors, which the brand received in less than three years, is complete.

The last Intel-based computer was the Mac Pro desktop computer. But now it has its own ARM version. True, the price is intimidating to say the least – they want a device that starts at $6999.

Recall that the first Macs based on the custom chip were the SoC M1-based MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. Their announcement took place in 2020. At the end of the same year, laptops went on sale.
