There are several types of exercises that can help you burn belly fat. And you don’t need to go to the gym for that.

wood. This is a great way to engage the whole body. Including the transverse abdominis muscle located below the rectus abdominis muscle.

cycling exercise. These types of twists work well on both the upper and lower abs. And also on the oblique abdominal muscles. Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees bent. Pull one knee toward your chest, lift your shoulder blades off the ground, and turn your opposite elbow to touch that knee. Return to the starting position and repeat with the other elbow and knee.

lungs. This is a great lower body exercise that works your core for balance.

“Climber”. This exercise will increase your heart rate, which will speed up fat burning. It also targets the lower abs. Start in a push-up plank position. Then, keeping the body in a stretched position and the back straight, pull the right knee towards the chest. Return your right leg to its original position and repeat with the left leg.

spat. This is a compound exercise for the lower body. It also helps increase strength and overall stability. Do not lift your heels off the ground while squatting.

Russian folds. This exercise will work the entire body and abdominal oblique muscles. To do this exercise, sit on the floor with your knees bent. Lean back a few inches, keeping your back straight. Clasp your arms in front of you, twisting your torso to the right and then to the left to complete one rep.

jump. Jumping, especially by raising your arms above your head. Such jumps will quickly increase the heart rate, which will help burn calories and fat.

Exam. This is an effective bodyweight exercise that works your core and upper body muscles.
