Russian company AutoFAQ has developed chatbots for the Xplain platform that answer questions by referencing documents available at the company.
Designed to robotize support, AutoFAQ Xplain does not copy the completed text, but rewrites the information in an interactive form and provides on-demand annotation. To create the necessary chatbot on the platform, you need to upload text documents in an editable format – for example, docx, txt or rtf. The new bot will be ready to work in a day at most.
According to the developers, the service will be useful for companies that store a large number of documents, but do not previously have the resources to create separate knowledge bases. In addition, Xplain will assist the heads of customer service and IT support.
