- Swiss banking giant UBS has completed the acquisition of its old rival Credit Suisse.
- The head of AvtoVAZ announced plans to export 10-15 thousand Lada cars for the current year and up to 50 thousand by 2024 (RIA Novosti).
- In January-May 2023, China exported 1.75 million domestically produced cars, 81.5% more than the same period in 2022.

- From January to June 2023, the number of foreign individual entrepreneurs registered in the Russian Federation doubled: 18.6 thousand against 7.8 thousand last year (FTS).
