A chatbot was discovered in Telegram that promises to help find candid photos of acquaintances. According to the statement, more than 10 thousand people have used this bot, and its database contains more than 10 million stolen photos and videos. Cheaters offer users to “check” their partners, but their main goal is to attract money.

To “check” someone, you need to run the bot and send him a link to the profile of the contact on the social network. The user then receives a message with an attached screenshot in which nothing can be parsed. After that, scammers give the date and number of leaked candid photos, but to see all the photos and videos, you have to pay: 399 rubles. for one-time access or 990 rubles. for unlimited access. However, after the money is transferred, the victim cannot access the information.

In order not to fall for the tricks of scammers, Kaspersky Lab experts advise to criticize seductive and dubious offers on the Internet, even if they come from acquaintances, and also not to follow questionable links.
