Tinkoff has opened up partner access to its platform for real-time monitoring and analysis of the operation of Sage’s IT systems, the company said. The platform has already been implemented by the operator of the Mir payment system, the National Payment Card System (NSPK).
Sage can process data from any enterprise IT system and use it for business and operational intelligence, application control and customer services, and information security.
Tinkoff has been using the platform since 2019 and with its help keeps both internal systems and services used by clients running smoothly.
The company estimates investments in the development of Sage at more than 100,000 man-hours.
With the help of Sage, NSPK combined various types of telemetry into a single monitoring interface, implemented visualization for hubs and situational dashboards, and set up alerts.
