Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said that the main KPI for him for 2023 is the return of the pessimists who left the country.

“I have already said that there are more optimists because the pessimists left. KPI is for the pessimists to return”, Siluanov said during the SPIEF (quote from Kommersant).
