“Yandex” has shown “ITI doshchaga”, which will accommodate those who came for an internship in Moscow and other cities. The IT holding company plans to make it different from common hostels and student dormitories.
Yandex Station will be installed in each room, through which you will be able to control the lighting and solve everyday tasks, and in the study area you will be able to listen to neuromusic that will help you concentrate.
In the evenings and on weekends, the hostel plans to hold informal meetings with Yandex employees.
The IT hostel also includes a sports area, a video game area, a mini-cinema with a projector and a cafeteria, where prepared food vending machines will be installed.
Yandex also announced that it would develop a separate educational and entertainment program for interns living in the hostel. It will include an acoustic concert at the opening in July, an esports tournament, a field trip to the Yandex.Market robotics center, and more.
In 2023, Yandex expects more than 2,000 interns. Internships take place throughout the year. All apprentices receive a salary, as well as additional money for food.
