Delivery service SDEK announced the restoration of all key services after a large-scale failure.
“The movement of shipments has resumed, most of the delayed packages have been delivered, the rest are planned to be delivered in the near future,” they said in the SDEK press service.
The company has restored the operation of the website, mobile application and personal accounts of individuals and legal entities. SDEK has also resumed accepting shipments, including courier, but only at standard rates.
There are still limitations in the operation of the services, which the company is working to eliminate, SDEK noted.
On May 26, a large-scale disruption in the work of the SDEK began and lasted for several days. The delivery service was practically paralyzed. Subsequently, the company began to gradually restore the functionality of services, for example, the mobile application, which became fully functional on June 1.
