This functionality has already been implemented in versions of WhatsApp for iOS and Android. As mentioned, users will be able to write to technical support by clicking the “Contact us” button that brings up the text “Tell us how we can help you”. Support may also request information about the device to quickly resolve the issue.
The form will also include an email address for technical support for users who are used to emails.
It is not reported when the new feature will be implemented.
