According to the newspaper, the Ministry of Industry and Trade believes that while the company received a state subsidy of 300 million rubles for its development, the company transferred Chinese antennas as its own production. These antennas are designed for satellite communication in cars, trains, boats and airplanes.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade plans to return subsidies to Avtomatika for the development of these antennas.

The contract, which required the company to independently develop hardware and software for antenna systems providing broadband satellite communication in mobile sites, was signed in 2021. As part of the agreement, the ministry would provide a subsidy of just over 400 million rubles to Avtomatika.
