Ozon has restored the work of its services throughout Russia. On June 24, the company was forced to suspend the possibility of placing orders and shipping goods in the southern regions of the country.
“We have restored the work of services in all regions,” the market press service said.
A company representative clarified that Ozon orders can be re-ordered from any region. Merchandise that was not delivered on June 24 began to be delivered “due to the current situation.” Ozon emphasized that seller ratings will not be affected and there will be no sanctions against sellers and pickup points.
“They are already opening temporarily closed points, some will open tomorrow. We have extended the shelf life of orders so everyone has time to pick up their purchases,” the message reads.
The fast delivery service for consumer goods Ozon Fresh in Rostov-on-Don has also returned to standard work.
On June 24, Ozon’s press service announced that it was suspending the ability to purchase and deliver goods to customers for the “safety of employees, partners and customers” amid news related to the so-called “march of justice”. by PMC Wagner.
