Games like the arcade game Stack Bounce can be tested on YouTube and played on Android and iOS devices as well as web browsers.
While YouTube has confirmed that it is focusing on games, the company said it is currently only testing new features and has yet to make an official statement about the initiative.
The move to host online games on YouTube is in line with CEO Neil Mohan’s efforts to find new growth avenues amid declining revenue.
