Apple’s cloud storage system iCloud+, I have more expensive plans in Brazil. Until then, the resource was one of the few Apple services that resisted the price adjustments the company implemented last year, but that’s now over.
iCloud+ There are three storage plans and all are increased by up to 40%., as already explained in the Brazilian version of the official iCloud+ page. The new storage service prices are as follows:
- 50GB plan now costs R$4.90 compared to the old R$3.50 (40% increase);
- 200GB plan increased from R$10.90 to R$14.90 (36.7% increase);
- 2TB plan jumped from R$34.90 per month to R$49.90 (42.9% increase).
Changes to plans won’t apply to those who subscribed to iCloud+ via Apple One, another big tech gadget whose prices were adjusted last year. Apple has not started to pass the new values to subscribers for now, but according to the information received MacRumorsthis will happen soon.
It is also important to note that Brazil wasn’t the only target of iCloud+ plan price hike and I just joined the Apple values restructuring plan.
For example, countries such as South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Bulgaria, Colombia, Denmark, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Norway, Peru, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Tanzania and Turkey were also considered with reorganizations, although they were not mandatory. The same rate up to 40%.
