What changed:

  • Wildberries has stopped fining businesses for not being able to read product labels. For example, for the absence, incorrect placement on the package or poor quality of the KIZ sticker. The change is recorded in clause 9.8.1. pages. eleven.

If the warehouse cannot read the markings or does not have them, the goods will be returned to the shipping point, which is indicated in the seller’s personal account.

  • The system for calculating fines for unfulfilled orders that were cancelled by the seller or buyer due to non-delivery of goods under the Marketplace sales model has been modified. The updated approach to calculations will reportedly reduce costs for entrepreneurs. This is set out in the new clause 9.8.6.
  • Wildberries has moved information about its right to suspend payments to the seller to another clause of the offer (from clause 11.2.2 to clause 5.9, clause 1). The platform reminded that if a pick-up point for receiving returns is not indicated in the seller’s personal account, Wildberries will suspend payments. After the seller indicates the pick-up point, payments will automatically resume.
  • Marketplace will start advertising car promotions 5 days before their start. The change is recorded in clause 12.8.1.
