So what awaits the RTX 4050 6GB and RTX 4060 8GB games and is it worth the extra money?
On Cyberpunk 2077 with the ultra preset and DX12, you can get an average of 72 fps (RTX 4060) and 61 fps (RTX 4050) at 1080p, 58 fps and 36 fps at 1440p.
It worked on Forza Horizon 5, DX12 and Extreme graphics settings. Average FPS at 1080p was 96 fps (with RTX 4060) and 58 fps (with RTX 4050), 78 fps and 49 fps at 1440p, respectively.
At Hogwarts Legacy at ultra graphics settings and 1080p at DX12, the average frame rate was 77 fps (RTX 4060) and 63 fps (RTX 4050), 1440p – 54 fps and 46 fps.

Overall, at 1080p in all 25 games, the laptop RTX 4060 was 21% faster than the RTX 4050. At 1440p the difference was about 24%. And the presenter noted that the difference is still less than he expected. Therefore, before buying, you should really consider whether it makes sense to buy a laptop higher than 4060. If you get a model with the RTX 4050 instead, it will run all modern games the same way.
