The Central Bank resumed the disclosure of bank reporting forms

The Bank of Russia resumed the publication of banks’ financial statements. This was reported by the press service of the regulator.

“In order to protect banks and their counterparties from possible additional sanctions, confidential information is excluded from the publication of financial statements; only certain indicators will be disclosed in a number of ways,” the central bank said in a statement.

The regulator plans to start publishing quarterly financial reports for banks and quarterly reporting forms for banking groups in July.

The resumption of the publication of reports will increase the transparency of the banking sector and individual banks, summarized in the Bank of Russia.
