“Yandex.Market” offered its office staff to work at the points of issuance of orders. This was reported by the press service of the “Market”. The company believes that this way the team will be able to better understand the details of the service and assess the needs of the partners.
Employees will be able to work receiving and issuing orders and understand the nuances of the pickup point. For example, product managers will be able to evaluate the convenience of working on a personal account.
Before going “in the field”, employees will receive training, and after completing the internship, they will be able to give feedback on what can be improved.
The company collected requests for participation from distribution point owners. Any partner with points in Moscow or St. Petersburg can join the project. Participation in the project is voluntary. The minimum duration of said internship is one business day.
Yandex has used the practice to get such an unusual experience for office workers before. The company’s employees have already proven themselves as service couriers, delivery drivers and restaurant staff.
