US startup Alvys, founded in 2020 by Moldovan-born Nick Darman, raised its first investment of $6.3 million. Information about the deal is reflected on the company’s card on Crunchbase. According to the appeal, the transaction was completed on June 21.

Bonfire Ventures became the lead investor in the initial round of investments. RTP Global, founded by billionaire Leonid Boguslavsky, also participated in the round.

Alvys is a developer of a cloud-based transportation management system. It includes tools for driver management, cargo movements and accounting. The solution is designed for small and medium logistics companies.
