Avito has connected more than 5,000 5Post parcel terminals (part of the X5 Group) to its delivery service. Now it will be possible to receive orders at the Pyaterochka and Perekrestok retail chains, and send them (if the results of the pilot project are positive) at the checkout counters in the same place, the company said.

“Avito” connected to the delivery of parcel terminals in “Pyaterochka” and “Crossroads”

Avito Logistics Director Sergey Pustylnik noted that the opening hours of stores are more convenient than the opening hours of collection points, since “you can also find points that work around the clock”.

The inclusion of parcel terminals in the associated network should expand the possibilities of “Avito Delivery” both intra-city and inter-city.

Users will be able to find all available 5Post parcel terminals and collection points and choose the most convenient point when placing an order. At the initial stage, goods worth up to 15,000 rubles will be available for delivery to parcel lockers, then the maximum order value will be increased to 150,000 rubles.

The maximum weight of the shipment must not exceed 15 kg. When ordering products at a post office, you can use the basket option and combine several different products from one seller in one package.

The Avito Delivery service was launched in March 2018. Now, in addition to 5Post, it works through Avito, Boxberry, Russian Post, Sberlogistics, DPD, SDEK issuance points.
