The “Samokat” delivery service opened the possibility of ordering products through the website, the company said. Previously, you could only place an order through a mobile app.
Users can order groceries, household items and more with delivery within 15 minutes.
In the web version, it is reportedly more convenient to buy for the future and get acquainted with the service for the first time. The web application is also suitable for corporate clients who collect a large basket, and those who need to free up phone memory.
Also, it is in the browser version that the service team will test and implement new features. Over time, they plan to expand the site’s features; for example, buyers will be able to use promotional codes and SberThanks points, stories, collections and a section with promotions will also appear.
“We launched a web application so that users can make their purchases in a comfortable way for each one. Some customers find it more convenient to order in the browser and on the big screen,” said Sergey Zemlyansky, Director of Product and Technology.
