OpenAI has provided API access to the latest version of the GPT-4 language model. First of all, those who paid for the API without delay will receive access. This is indicated on the company’s website.
“New developers” will have access to it until the end of July. After that the company will increase the limits of requests, based on “computing capabilities”.
OpenAI also plans to allow programmers to customize GPT-4 and the GPT-3.5 Turbo neural network with their own data sets by the end of 2023.
- The company introduced the GPT-4 model in March 2023. It can understand text, images, and is much better at handling more creative requests.
- In Russia, 44% of Russians have heard of ChatGPT, another 43% do not know anything about this neural network, only 13% were interested in details. At the same time, more than 50% would like to use the chatbot’s capabilities.
