This year, SberDevices has added several new TV models with a diagonal of 32 to 65 inches to the list of smart devices. Thus, their total number available for selection has grown to 21 with wide screen sizes and diagonals, including TVs with an ultra-clear QLED matrix.

But there are several factors that unite all TVs from SberDevices. This:

● laconic design
● loud, good sound
● clear picture
● built-in assistant Salute
● the ability to use third-party applications

All this is available for adequate money. For example, a model with a diagonal of 50 inches and a QLED matrix now costs 34,990 rubles. I took it for a test, tempted by technological pleasures.

Below I’ll tell you why the QLED TV is currently the top one precisely because of this TV set, and at the same time shows how to manage the Salyut TV proprietary shell and what opportunities it provides.

Spoiler: There are many possibilities, although you can order groceries through the TV.

What is in the box

wp-image-1205407

TVs come in a standard cardboard box, which shows the main features of the devices. I want especially comfortable handles in a plastic bag, behind which the Sber smart QLED TV can be conveniently delivered from the package, even alone.

The kit includes a standard power cable, complete aluminum legs that are attached to the TV with screws, and a remote control with buttons for quick access to Rutube, Kinopoisk, Wink and Okko services. Batteries are also included, so you don’t need to buy anything else.

Design, connection

wp-image-1205410wp-image-1205411wp-image-1205412

The design of the device is nothing special: a black plastic case with metal narrow frames and a discreet logo on the bottom. Modern appearance, you can hang it on the wall or put it on a cabinet in any interior, it will look like it has always been standing there.

Several ports can be found on the back of the panel:

● HDMI x3
● USB x2
● Optional: Optical; RJ-45 (LAN/Ethernet); KI+ module

All ports are suitable so that even if the TV hangs almost close to the wall. The physical size of the TV is 1111 × 698 × 226 mm, weight without legs – 9.2 kg.

Personally, I like just such a screen size so that I can hang up on my weekends and not get up at all on weekends, sticking to TV shows.

Of course, the device has support for connecting to wireless networks via Wi-Fi, and there is also built-in Bluetooth.

OLED? No QLED!

The TV has a special children’s mode, which displays only children’s content.

The TV matrix works on QLED technology and has pros and cons compared to OLED counterparts.

Among the advantages, one can note decent color reproduction, high brightness and contrast, as well as cases of detecting work without detecting burnt out representatives. The response time is low, even in dynamic shooters the image does not cause negative emotions.

The disadvantages include the thickness of the TV, it is slightly larger compared to OLED counterparts. But not critical, the difference in the presence of a pair objectively does not affect anything.

Diagonal: 50″
Permission: 4K Ultra HD (3840 × 2160 dots)
Screen Format: 16:9
Contrast: 5000:1
Screen Brightness: 350 cd/m²
Pixel Response Time: 9.5 ms
Viewing angles: 178 horizontal, 178 vertical
Memory: Operational 1.5 GB, built-in 8 GB
Energy consumption: 0.5W standby, 110W active
TV tuner: Digital DVB-T/T2, DVB-C (MPEG2/4), DVB-S/S2, Industrial PAL, SECAM DK, I, BG, L
Acoustic system: 2 x 10W
VESA Wall Mount Size: 200×200
Operating system (Smart TV): Salyut TV
Dimensions without stand (W x H x D): 1111 × 642 × 87 mm

According to personal impressions, the image quality of this particular model is very decent. The black color is really black, I didn’t notice any glare, the contrast ratio of 5000:1 is practically the “gold standard”, the detailing is at a high level. the picture is bright and juicy.

The viewing angle is 178 degrees both horizontally and vertically. All in all, for the money, Sber’s smart QLED TV is a great choice, both in terms of specs and in terms of finding the next opportunity.

Shell Salyut TV can do everything (almost)

The guys from SberDevices have worked hard on Salyut TV. This feature allows you to control settings using the remote control and voice commands, communicate with virtual assistants and use the Internet right out of the box.

The bundled remote control has a separate call button for the surrounding assistant, where you can ask a question, find a movie, music and radio, ask him about the weather forecast and even order groceries at home.

Comes with remote control, feet and power cable.

TV channels can also be switched by voice, and about a hundred even without connecting the antenna wire.

It is enough just to give the TV access to Wi-Fi.

Includes a subscription to Okko for 1 ruble

Also, online cinemas are immediately preinstalled on the TV, and the same Okko can be connected for only 1 ruble for six months.

This is such a gift to everyone who has purchased a Sber smart TV. After six months, you can renew the subscription already at the consumer rates of the service, or you can give preference to it.

There is a built-in web server, you can read your favorite sites from the TV.

If you have small children, they will definitely appreciate the special “kids” mode of the TV, which presents only cartoons and children’s programs, the library has children’s games, and a virtual assistant can control the voice of a fairy tale and sing lullabies.

Salyut TV also has a built-in service that provides cloud gaming. You can sign in or create an account with the Steam, Origin, or Epic Games digital stores and run a check on your personal collection of previously purchased games. To control, you can use a smartphone or connect a controller from PS4 or Xbox to the TV.

There are the most popular game libraries that you can enter with your username and password.

Ordering groceries is also very easy. Salyut TV has built-in Samokat, SberMarket and Delivery Club services, so you just need to dictate your address and select products from the catalog on the screen. And in order to eat everything delivered deliciously, there is the Master Chef service, which will tell you the right recipe for dinner with step-by-step cooking instructions.

And of course, a TV with a Salyut TV shell can be used as a standard hub for controlling smart accessories from Sber and more than 20 other external manufacturers of home appliances. You can adjust the light, control the curtains, air conditioning, put the kettle on – you can’t list everything. And all this without getting up from the couch and without interrupting the movie.

An important detail: the TV supports ability to install external APK files. Just download the Android app and download it on your TV. How to do it, wrote here.

It seems that there are too many opportunities and they are not realized. But believe that in a week or two you will be happy to communicate with the voice assistant on the TV, and this is really convenient.

Sber smart QLED TV is a universal device that will take its place in the living room, in your own, in the children’s room and even in the office. Juicy picture, suitable sound and smart shell Salyut TV are waiting for you for many years.

Now the 50-inch model, which I refused, costs 34,990 rubles. For this money, you get a TV, a monitor, an entertainment center, a game console, a radio, a tablet, a smart home control hub – and all this in one place. Profitable and pleasant.

There are other models in the Sber TV line with a QLED matrix: with a diagonal of 55 inches for 39,990 rubles And with a diagonal of 65 inches for 55,990 rubles.

Whichever one you choose, the image quality, speed of transportation, sound and features in the kit will pleasantly surprise you.
