The Ministry of Construction is also discussing the possibility of forcing developers to install charging stations near residential buildings at the construction stage.
At the moment, technical and legal norms are being drawn up on the possibility of installing chargers, said Irina Bulgakova, head of the commission of the public council of the Ministry of Construction, who exactly will be able to use the stations, how electricity will be paid for and other issues.
