The Bank of Russia test on knowledge of complex financial instruments failed two-thirds of investors. The tests have been carried out for a year and a half; during this time, less than 2.5 million people, or about 32% of the candidates, have approved them.
Two-thirds of Russians failed the Bank of Russia test on knowledge of complex financial instruments. This is confirmed in the monitoring results based on a survey of the largest corridors.
The tests are carried out for a year and a half. In the first year, 1.92 million people (31.3% of the candidates) faced it, in the next six months, 510 thousand people (37.4% of the candidates).
In total, during the test, 2.4 million people out of 7.5 million candidates successfully passed it.
The test of knowledge of complex financial instruments is designed to protect investors from loss of capital due to ignorance of the risks.
