MTS AI bought a 16% stake in Primo RPA, a Russian developer of the eponymous platform for robotic business processes (RPA) in procurement, accounting, sales, human resources and other areas. This is indicated in the MTS message. The amount of the transaction is not disclosed.
By purchasing a stake in Primo RPA, MTS will expand its B2B product portfolio: a fully functional platform for implementing robotics of any complexity and scale will appear. MTS will be able to offer both the launch of assistant robots and full automation of key business processes.
MTS AI plans to integrate its developments in the field of artificial intelligence into Primo RPA solutions: the Audiogram speech recognition and synthesis system (you can decipher the voice of employees and automatically fill out documentation in different systems), technology facial recognition for automated recruitment.
MTS AI is a subsidiary of MTS, which is developing in the field of artificial intelligence in Russia. Created in 2017.
