Wildberries launched sales of tour packages including flights, accommodation, insurance and transfers, as well as reservations for hotels, inns and hostels in Russia and abroad, about 2 million offers in total, the company said.
The offers of tourist services are presented in both the economy and premium class segments. You can pay for the reservation online through Wildberries or pay on the spot.
Now Wildberries is collecting offers from various travel agencies and aggregators. The company charges a commission on sales; its amount was not announced in the market press service.
In the future, the online platform will begin to cooperate with individual entrepreneurs and the self-employed working in the tourism sector.
In March 2020, Wildberries launched the sale of air tickets, in June of the same year it announced the launch of services for booking hotels and buying museum tickets.
