The United States has imposed new sanctions on Russia. This is stated in the OFAC message.

Tinkoff Bank and the former head of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Alexei Kudrin, fell under the restrictions. Since December 2022, Kudrin has been working as a corporate development consultant at Yandex. In addition to Kudrin, sanctions were imposed against 17 other people.

Sanctions have also been imposed on Russian factories working for the defense industry; these are, in particular, Arsenal, the Tula cartridge plant.

In addition, the United States imposed restrictions on the Siberian branch of the Institute of Nuclear Physics, the VKS Research Institute, the Solidarity Bank, as well as the Sakhalin Shipping Company and 14 ships.
