It contains healthy ingredients such as lettuce, cabbage, cucumbers and onions that provide fiber to the body. Another plus is the presence of protein found in chicken, shrimp or beef.
However, the doctor states that you should pay attention to the choice of sauce, as mayonnaise may not be healthy. If possible, it is better to choose sauces based on cottage cheese or yogurt. But Razarenova warns that fast food and eating on the go still have a detrimental effect on the body, so their consumption should be limited.
Other experts also warn against eating fast food and packaged cured meats processed with polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs). These substances may contain carcinogens that can cause cancer development. Therefore, it is important to monitor your diet and choose healthier food options.
