Residents of towns and villages in which there is no Internet were called to the “State Services” to vote to be provided with the Internet. If people cannot access the Internet and vote, they can do so by sending a paper letter to Moscow at the postal address of the Ministry of Digital Development.

Residents of villages without Internet are urged to vote in the “Gosuslugi” to provide them with Internet

In Gosuslugakh a form was opened to vote for the provision of mobile Internet to sparsely populated areas of Russia. Residents of villages and villages with a population of 100-500 people in which there is no Internet were called to vote online to be provided with the Internet.

You can vote in Gosuslugi until August 13, 2023. Only residents of the same region in which the settlement is located – the applicant for Internet provision and who have permanent registration in this region can participate in the vote.

If there is no Internet access for voting in the State Services, you can cast your vote by sending a paper letter with the name and address of the applicant to Moscow to the postal address of the Ministry of Digital Development: 123112, Presnenskaya nab., 10, building 2.

In 2023, it is planned to connect 1,800 settlements in Russia to the mobile Internet, and by 2030 to provide communications to all towns and villages with a population of 100-500 people.
