The novelty will be the successor to the Galaxy A04 model introduced in August 2022. According to Geekbench, the device will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G85 processor.

While the chip name is not explicitly listed, the model number MT6769V/CZ is mentioned. By comparison, the Galaxy A04 was equipped with a less powerful Helio P35 processor.

However, Geekbench states that the Galaxy A05 will have 4GB of RAM and will run on Android 13.

This indicates that the smartphone will receive support for the full version of Android 13, not for a simplified version of Go as in the Galaxy A04. The device also supports dual-band Wi-Fi.

So far, Galaxy A05 has already been certified by various platforms like BIS and FCC.

However, specific details about its features have not been revealed yet. More details about the smartphone are expected to emerge in the coming days.
