The only case when the commission will not be charged will be the replenishment of the account for the repayment of loans in foreign currency. The new rules apply to the replenishment of all bank accounts: both in rubles and in foreign currency.

It also introduces the need to coordinate operations with the bank to deposit more than 100 thousand in dollars or euros. On Wednesday, UniCredit announced that from August 21 it will be possible to deposit more than 50,000 dollars or euros into the account by appointment only.

In recent months, Tinkoff (1%), Citibank (5%), Intesa (5%) introduced a commission for depositing foreign currency.

Raiffeisenbank first introduced a 50% commission for individuals for crediting individual funds in dollars from other banks, and then stopped accepting dollars and euros in cash at its tellers.

As the media wrote at the end of July, the big Russian banks stopped accepting dollars and euros through ATMs.
