Until now, most Mac users could only access DirectX 11-based programs, now, thanks to the update, games and applications that require DirectX 12 will be available to Apple users.
This is true for popular games like MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries, Street Fighter V, Tekken 7, and Octopath Traveler.
CrossOver 23 also brings “first support” for geometry shaders and feedback in macOS Ventura. This should fix many “missing graphics or black screen in game” issues.
