Twitter user @_orangera1n found on Apple servers mentions of unreleased processors. Among them came across A19, M5 Pro, M5 Max and M5 Ultra.

ApChipIDs detected include 0x8130 for the A19 chip, and 0x6050, 0x6051, and 0x6052 for the M5 Pro, M5 Max, and M5 Ultra, respectively.
