The regional network of electronics stores RBT.ru is building a factory for the production of refrigerators under its own brand Leran in Novosibirsk. Experts estimate investments in the plant between 30 and 60 million dollars and the capacity is 250 to 300 thousand devices per year.
The plant also organizes custom assembly of household appliances, and some local brands are already interested in locating production in Novosibirsk.
In F+ technology | Marvel” reported that Leran is an economy category team, “the plant will be designed for it”, so it is unlikely that their facilities will produce products of a higher level.
- In January-June 2023, the Russians bought more than 500 thousand refrigerators and freezers, washing machines and dishwashers, stoves and ovens of the Turkish brands Beko, Grundig, Vestel, Simfer, etc. This is one and a half times more compared to the same period in 2022 of the year.
