The Ministry of Digital Development is creating a recruitment platform that will select future civil servants using artificial intelligence technologies. The experiment with the use of “state personnel” will begin on September 1; Several state departments have already joined.
As of September 1, the government will start an experiment using “State Personnel.” It is a recruitment platform created by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and equipped with artificial intelligence technologies, Vedomosti writes.
The platform is supposed to help automate employee selection, motivation and evaluation, as well as fight corruption. In addition, “Goskadra” will monitor the staffing needs of the Russian state apparatus.
In the first stage, the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Economy and all the organizations subordinate to them will participate in the experiment. Completion of the experiment is scheduled for November 1, 2024.
