As announced in a press release, VK is reportedly combining the “Tetrika” and “Teach.Home” services for additional training.
Under this agreement, VK will increase its stake in Tetrika online school to over 90% to strengthen its position in the supplementary school education market. The report says both services focus on individual lessons with teachers on school subjects, exams and preparation for the Olympics.
The company believes that this association will help VK focus its efforts on the development of educational services in the tutoring area. At the same time, both projects will continue their activities under their own brands.
