This prompted creditors, including FAS and other large companies, to consider petitioning the Moscow Arbitration Court to declare Google bankrupt.
At the first meeting of the creditors, it was decided to initiate bankruptcy proceedings. Google’s receivables have already exceeded 27 billion rubles, which has dealt a serious blow to the company’s reputation.
Given that Google LLC’s revenue will decline by 82% in 2022, it may also focus on operations in Russia.
The situation becomes even more confusing given that more than a thousand Russian companies have submitted their claims to Google, many of which relate to the failure to provide advertising services.
All this creates a negative background for Google’s presence in the Russian market.
