The main new feature in this update is, Comment button appears between like and dislike and save options. By tapping on it, you can view the comments made by other people listening to that song, and you can also leave your comments about the content.
The functionality is the same as in the main YouTube app, allowing for more interaction within the platform. This feature has been in testing since June, when some users had access before it was rolled out to everyone.

Other changes
