Users reported this Friday morning (01): Canva not accessed, graphic design software. The platform gave “error 500” and prevented editing of photos and images.

According to Down Detector, there was an increase in bug reports around 9:40 am (Brasília time). There were more than 380 error alerts close to 10 am.

Most people (56%) reported that it was having trouble connecting to the server. Almost 30% mentioned flaws in the web version of Canva, and 17% mentioned difficulties in implementation.

In tests by Technology World, the site did not connect and showed the message “server error”. That means something is wrong with our system.”
