The solution offered by the manufacturer is that customers, when preparing recipes with long temperatures or heating they should avoid covering the lid with the cup and use a perforated basket instead.

However, the OCU points out that “the manufacturer bears full responsibility for this malfunction and that the safety of the devices must be carefully checked before they are offered for sale“.
