According to the research, GPUs will have a Composite Growth Rate of 3.70% between 2022 and 2026, with GPUs reaching 2,998 million units by the end of the forecast period.

Discrete graphics processing units (dGPUs) in PCs are expected to reach 32% in the next five years.

Total GPU shipments were down 27% year-on-year, with significant quarter-to-quarter growth indicative of increased demand.

AMD’s market share increased by 1.2%, while Intel and Nvidia’s shares fell. Despite recent overpricing concerns, the three companies’ shipments increased from the previous quarter; AMD rose 22.9%, Intel 11.7% and Nvidia 7.5%.
