MTS launched the MTS Hello remote employment program. Now candidates from nine regions of Russia can go through all stages of selection and employment without visiting the company’s offices, MTS said in a statement.
MTS Hello allows you to accompany the applicant from the moment of making a positive decision to applying for a job, including signing an employment contract by electronic signature. The program is integrated into the internal HR platforms of the ecosystem.
Now the program is valid for nine regions of the Russian Federation: Yekaterinburg, Vladivostok, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Orel and Barnaul. MTS explains the choice of regions for the launch by the presence of customer support centers, for which the remote recruitment of employees is especially relevant.
Until the end of the year, the company plans to expand the program to the entire territory of Russia.
In total, 63 thousand people work at MTS. In 2022, the company announced that it would allocate more than 3 billion rubles to increase the salary fund of IT specialists, train and “create a comfortable environment”.
