Residents of Krasnodar, Ufa, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Kazan and Samara also suffer from phone spam.

Experts attribute this trend to the fact that residents of large cities indicate their phone number more often when registering bonus cards, in promotions and on websites.

These numbers are then used to create databases that are sometimes captured by scammers, resulting in increased spam calls.

Earlier, a report by the UN Human Rights Office revealed a sad truth: An underground criminal empire operates in Southeast Asia, forcing hundreds of thousands of people to commit online crimes such as cryptocurrency scams, investment scams and scams.
