According to Kinsler, such a proposal, and indeed an order, was received by Slingshot Aerospace from the U.S. Department of Defense’s Advanced Research and Development Authority. This company develops software to calculate the orbit of any spacecraft, including satellites. In this way, the company can track its reconnaissance vehicles.
