In August, I traveled a lot around the cities, met with friends and constantly photographed and filmed something on the camera of my iPhone.
Imagine my surprise when many iPhone holders around me were sincerely interested in how I record video with the included background music from Apple Music.
And indeed: if you start a track, open your iPhone camera, switch to video mode and start recording, the music will definitely pause.
But the regular capabilities of apple smartphones allow you to bypass this limitation, and not many people know about it. So I’m sharing this hack with you.
How to record video on the camera immediately with background music on iPhone
The solution is not too obvious, and it is not clear whether this is a bug or a feature. But the fact remains: to record video with background music, you must use the “Photo” mode, not “Video”.
1. Open any player and turn on the playback of the desired track.
2. Go to the Camera app and look at the Photo mode
3. Press the red button and, without lifting your finger, drag it to the right to the padlock icons.
Done, you’ve recorded a video immediately with background music. No need to do post-processing and overlay tracks manually. A great time saver and, in general, it’s convenient!
This feature works on iPhones with iOS 14 and above. Use and record immediately with an epic video.
