Sberbank has launched transfers to banks in Kazakhstan using Visa and Mastercard. The minimum transfer amount is one thousand rubles, the commission is 30 rubles. Kazakhstan is the only country for Sberbank international transfers to which money cannot be sent to cards of domestic payment systems.

Sberbank launches transfers to banks in Kazakhstan using Visa and Mastercard

Sberbank has launched an option for international money transfers to Kazakhstan using the Visa and Mastercard payment systems. The bank announced it on its website.

The minimum transfer amount to Visa or Mastercard in Kazakhstan will be 1000 rubles with a commission of 30 rubles. Money can be transferred by card number, it will not work by phone number.

According to the Sberbank website, Kazakhstan is the only country where bank customers cannot transfer money to cards of domestic payment systems.

For example, transfers to Belarus, Armenia and Tajikistan are available for cards of national payment systems by phone number.
