Russian companies have invested a record 310.3 billion rubles in the purchase and development of software

Most of the money for software was allocated by companies from the Tyumen region – 10.9 million rubles per company, Moscow – 10.3 million rubles, St. Petersburg – 9.1 million rubles, Magadan region – 8 .9 million rubles, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug – 4.5 million rubles.

Large and medium-sized companies in Kalmykia, North Ossetia, Dagestan, Ingushetia and Chechnya spend the least money on software.

According to analysts, the withdrawal of foreign software developers from the Russian market and the modernization of IT infrastructure influenced the increase in investments.

  • Since March 2022, Russian software prices have risen by 30-50%. Users attribute the trend to a lack of competition in the market, which Western providers have abandoned. The developers partly recognized the price increase, but more moderate: between 10 and 15%.
